Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ebbert Engineering 2100-40sp parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Edmund products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eg-g parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eberhard product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Edmund such as the E8001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D23561H manufactured by Eg-g and we are pleased to be able to service most Eg-g systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ch20041BS0661LD06LA4SP by Manufacturer Eberhard as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Elcon Brand 13978 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMG13A2AB equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 17MHC5 made by Electra as well as the popular MT3515102FF original spares produced by Eg--G

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MICROCAG by Edmund and SGMG13A2AB spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 76A108 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electamation.
